Founder's Overview
Averlorne is the founder of Tikkun HR Consulting and a seasoned HR leader who partners closely with small and growing businesses as their primary HR resource and trusted advisor. She works alongside business owners to provide practical, right-sized HR support, often serving as in-house HR through both project-based engagements and ongoing advisory relationships, helping organizations navigate people, compliance, and operational challenges with clarity and confidence.

Through her professional experience, Averlorne has also served as a one-person global HR function, responsible for developing policies, employee handbooks, and compliant HR processes, as well as overseeing payroll and day-to-day HR operations.
Her experience spans nonprofit and for-profit organizations and includes HR oversight across the United States, United Kingdom (London), Spain, and Mexico.

Averlorne brings extensive experience managing employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, advising on staffing and workforce decisions, and guiding executive leadership through sensitive and complex people issues. She has partnered closely with Presidents, Vice Presidents, Global Operations leaders, CEOs, and executive teams to support informed, risk-aware decision-making and to help organizations align HR practices with business objectives.

Averlorne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, is PHR-certified, and holds an OSHA 30 certification. Her work is grounded in the belief that effective HR should be compliant, practical, and aligned with how businesses actually operate.
